Pivot Table Show Report Filter Pages - Preserve column/row width/height

I have a pivot table of employee performance. I adjusted all columns and rows but I loose this formatting when I create reports using the "show report filter pages" command.
Is there a way to preserve this formatting?

To preserve column widths > right-click anywhere inside PivotTable > PivotTable Options > Layout & Format > untick Autofit column widths on update
