Goal > 80 % or < 20% how to display them in a chart

I have the data in row format. And the goal is displayed as a single data point > 80 how to display them in a line chart. I am going to make separate charts for each product

There maybe better ways these days to do this
BUT i used to add the goal as a row, So in addition to Product1 / 2 , i would add a row with Goal/target, so would have 80 in each cell then the goal is also plotted on the chart, this was when i used to provide provide
metrics to senior managers and board meetings

rather than an image try attaching a sample sheet much easier to assist then

I used to do the same for a range of targets, for things like SPC charts - lower value and higher value - so again you could have a row with 80 and another row with 20 as the upper and lower limits

This is the data , Im trying to get a separate line chart for each products, with the goal displayed as a line. Is there any way to do with out modifying the data table.

Perhaps this will be a starter.
1. As you are using the 2016 version the data set could be put into record arrangement as modeled in the green/white table, using Power Query (Get & Transform). Here is the advanced editor code:

2. A pivot table is produced from the Power Query table
3. The Show Report Filter Pages option is used to produce a separate sheet for each product
4. A chart will need to be produced from each pivot table as modeled on the Product 1 sheet
I don't know how you want the goals displayed on the charts so I have not addressed that part of the request.
