Post Add Filter in Pivot Table (PowerPivot)

    Hello Mates,

I am looking for help to add filter in pivot table ( power pivot option).
I was creating a recon statement by power query, so i added both data into Data Model and created relationships.
Then i inserted pivot table and added a measure to find the difference, and i can't add the measure in the "Filter"area of the pivot table.
The pivot table should be Month by month Amount 1, Amount 2 and Difference (same like the sample workbook pivot table)

My purpose is to find the account number where the difference amount has changed b/w months, so i thought if i can add a filter based on a measure would work.

Another question, while i created the measure, it asked the table name, how relevant is the table name? does it can be in any table or not?

Appreciated your help and any advise to change the process to be more efficient.

    Thank you.

Not sure if I am understanding correctly. I have added a slicer that allows you to filter by month. If this is not what you are looking for, then perhaps a mocked up solution with an explanation.

If you are looking for a DAX measure, then here is the syntax.
