Column A shows Dates, Column B shows Cash Flow.
I want Pivot Table, Pivot Chart and Slicers.
1) I want to see the profit/loss of the months 6-8 (summed) on the Pivot Chart and the Pivot Table by choosing the regarded months on the slicer. How can I do that?
2) " " 9th month " " ?
3) I want to be able to choose years with the slicer as well.
Is it possible? How can I do that?
If I understand correctly then group the dates by month and year.
There are two slicers, one for month and another for year.

You can check the status on Sheet2.
I couldn't put Date field (For years) to Axis (Categories). I could only add Date (For Months).
So I couldn't show the Year Column.
How can I do that?
The file attached to post #3 does not have a Sheet2.
Sorry, I shared the wrong file.
Pulled out the old laptop with the 2010 version of Excel and I was able to produce the year slicer.
Select one of the months in column A
Right click the mouse and select group
Years is the last selection
After selecting years produce a slicer using years.
