Thank you in advance for your help. I have two columns: practice name and no of patients on a certain medication. There are approximately 60 rows. I am a clinical pharmacy technician but use Excel for my data. Could you please help me with the visualisation?

Thank you! How can we show no patients starting from largest to smallest?
(sorry this is in dutch, not in english)
right click on those names on the left of the Y-axis and choice "format axis" (translation ?)
then you get this table and you choice "categories in reverse order"
