Hi all
I have been trying to pareto some data from some compliance checks we conduct.
If you look in the chart tab this shows the amount of faults found per area (total).
I'd now like to have the same style chart showing one specific area and but rather than the total i'd like to show how many of each compliance matrix was found.
Now I'm dumb found on this as I cant seem to pivot it out .
Any help would be much appreciated

Not sure that I am correct about what you want, however I'll try to propose a solution.
1. Copy the part of the faults per area sheet that contains data as shown on Sheet1 and then convert that data into an Excel table.
2. Use Power Query, which is a free add-in for the 2013 version of Excel from Microsoft, to produce the record type table on the Table1 sheet using the following Advanced Editor code:3. Produce a pivot table from the table as shown on the PT1 sheet.
