Combine First and Last Name in Horizontal Axes

Hi,

I am new to Excel chart. This is my data

I want to combine First Name and Last Name in the Horizontal axes like this

Could you please let me know how to do this? I can't concatenate the cell values.

If you can not concatenate the 2 cells using formula then you can select both columns to be used as Category labels.
In order to get rid of the vertical dividers untick the Multilevel Category labels option in the Labels section of Format Axis.

The first name will however appear above the surname.
