Grand Average per row where each row is calculated as difference from

Hi,

Is it possible to calculate a grand average rather than grand total for each row where the value of each row is calculated as a difference from column 1 in each row? (i.e. for the attached excel sheet, from trial 0 onwards)

How about giving us the results you would like in each cell. Are all differences positive or are they positive and negative
is =AVERAGE(E3:H3)-D3 what you want for the third row
