    Making expanded fields blank

    Hi,
I am an absolute at Excel and PivotTables but I'm slowly learning.

I've attached a screenshot of a PivotTable that I have created to show some data for my organisation however I'm a little stuck.

I've set up the column called Rejection rate to show an average of the value from the data source which is showing correctly for the first and second rows of data but when I go to the third row it is just repeating the row above e.g. 1.80%.

I'm absolutely lost as to how to change this and wondered if anybody could advise where i've gone wrong?

    Thanks
