Messed up my chart

Hi all,
I am useless at charts and a while back someone did a piece of work for me that I have no ruined.

You will see on the image that the little blue box above Area 1 says -0.18 but the correct amount for that should be -0.10 like all the others.

In error, I typed into a small box on my chart that now seems to have overwritten something and no matter what I do or where I look, I can't get it back.

What do I need to do? Thanks in advance
