**UPDATED**Pivot table & COUNTIF/VLOOKUP help

Hi all,

***UPDATE: I've managed to work out a way to show 1, 2 and 3 in the pivot table. Now I am stuck with how to show in a new column on the pivot table, the % of alumni vs current people grouped by month. If anyone knows how to do this I'd be forever grateful***

I am trying to create a pivot table that shows the following information

1. How many new members, grouped by month (successfully done this)
2. How many of these members were Alumni (successfully done this)
3. How many of these members were Current (successfully done this)
4. The % of this breakdown

As you can see from the spreadsheet, I've created the columns for 2 and 3 but I'm not sure how to have that column of the pivot table count the Alumni and Current members separately using COUNTIF. I have tried a few different things but nothing works. I'm unsure if I have it set up correctly and I can't find anything on YouTube explaining exactly what I'm after.

If anyone could help me with a solution, that would be greatly appreciated.

Does the pivot table in the file attached to post #1 reflect the update to points 1:3?
If not, then please update the pivot table and tell us what the expected result of #4 should be so that we have something with which to compare our proposals.
