How to create a bar chart with percentage of percentage

How much of this is actual chart creation, and how much is getting the right data in the spreadsheet? If you are able to create a stacked column chart, I am guessing that the problem isn't with how to create a chart, but how to get the right data in the spreadsheet.

If I understand what you want, you need to calculate the correct value for each "stack" in the stacked column chart. Assuming I understand the desired calculation, you need to add a column that will calculate 0.57*0.36 in one column, then 1-0.57*0.36 in a second column. Assuming this is in your first picture and that A1 is the upper left cell, this could be =PRODUCT(E2:F2) in G2 and H2 would then be =1-G2 (copy/paste/fill down as far as needed). Then use these two column for your stacked column chart.

I'm not sure how the results are distorted, but I would guess that that means that I guessed wrong as far as the calculation. The chart itself will show the numbers that are in the spreadsheet. If the chart looks distorted, then the numbers in the sheet are incorrect. The overall idea should work, just replace my calculations with the correct calculations.
