Hi guys,
I am having an issue with calculated fields on pivot tables, apparently I cannot have a correct division outcome for reasons I don't understand.
Ideas on how to solve this?

How can we help? You have told us nothing.
A picture is worth 1,000 words. An Excel sheet is worth 1,000 non-editable pictures.
Please read the yellow banner about sample worksheets, at the top of the screen. Act on its guidelines and post a SMALL sample sheet complete with an explanation and some expected results.

You'll need to provide more information to get a solution.
Calculated fields always sum any fields in the calculation before they do anything else. So if for example you use a formula like =Field1/Field2, that will calculate as =SUM(Field1)/SUM(Field2) and not as =SUM(Field1/Field2)

Hey guys, I cannot edit the post. Attaching a quick loom video to showcase the issue
I am essentially doing the following:
I have columx X and Y, I want to create a calculated field = X/Y but its not working. How should I correctly create a division calculated field?
If you have Power Pivot, you just need to create a measure using a formula like:
=SUMX(Tablename,tablename[x]/Tablename[y])
If you don't have PP, you'll need to add a column to the source data that does the division on each row.
