Sorting data by currency

Hoping someone can help. I have a list of data with the "items" in the first column, followed by a monetary value to reflect their cost in different currencies in the row cells next to the item (see pic "data")

I need to see the currencies split across rows vertically though (see pic "datanew")

So I have tried the pivot table but can't work out how to then arrange the data manually as there will need to be 3 duplicates of each item to go next to the 3 currencies:

There are instructions at the top of the page explaining how to attach your sample workbook.

A good sample workbook has just 10-20 rows of representative data that has been desensitised. It also has expected results mocked up, relevant cells highlighted and a few explanatory notes.

Apologies, this should be uploaded now! tab1 is the original data, 2 is how I want it to display, and 3 is pivot table. I just don't know the next steps? Thanks!

You're a genius, thank you! If you have a moment (or 2!) and could explain this please, that would be amazing. I have had a google but if you could relay the explanation in the context of my example that would be great. But thank you, as this works so just need to apply to the real data.
