Hi everyone, my CEO just tasked me with taking our income sheet and creating financial analysis of forecasts and better ways to show the data to the board. I'm not the best at doing excel and was looking at financial analysis dashboard templates to plug and play the numbers. Any suggest or anything I should try?

Some sample charts for your dashboard: Line Chart showing Yearly Trend, Pie Chart for Sales Mix or Cost Composition, Column/Bar Chart for Period/Income/Expense Comparison, Waterfall Chart to track how Net Income is arrived at from revenue less costs/expenses or for showing Cash Flow movements etc.

TY it looks awesome, since I am trying to learn more in excel, I had some questions. For the headers you said ="UW Cost of Sales Breakdown: "&X13 Why do you put the UW cost of sales breakdown in parentheses with a colon? Also, when new monthly financials come out, could I copy this sheet into it and have it pick up all the information as long as the titles matched up?
I have changed the formula in X13 to refer to ='Act vs Bud'!G1&" "&'Act vs Bud'!G2&" "&'Act vs Bud'!G3 to include the month.
Formula in W13 = "UW Cost of Sales Breakdown: "&X13 is to linked the texts "UW Cost of Sales Breakdown" to the contents in cell X13 with colon and a space in between, and thus displays as "UW Cost of Sales Breakdown: FY22 Y-T-D(Mar) Actual".
Copying this sheet to a new file may result in errors. Best is for you to update this same file with your new data.
