I have a data set that includes four columns and a hundred rows. A is date. B is group 1. C is group 2. And D is group 3. The A column is dates from January 1, 2020 to May 1, 2022 and is continuously updated with new rows. I'd like a line chart chart to show how the three groups change over time within their respective year. So the horizontal axis would be january 1 to december 31. The vertical axis would be dollars. I'd like to see how the three groups change month to month, on top of each other. Like I'd like to see if the trend of those groups over the course of a year is the same for every year. How would I go about that?
I can easily chart it from the beginning to the end, but then I have to look at the data points for january of 2022 then go way back to the beginning on the line for january 2020. I'd like to see the data for all the january's on top of each other.
