Two same Y axis on single charts

I wasn't certain what all was essential in the desired final, so I'm not sure if this helps. Looking at what you have and what you want, it looked to me like it was essentially a "date in row or column" problem. I pulled up the Select Data dialog, executed "switch row/column", then edited the horizontal category axis labels to be C2:D2. That came pretty close to the "need result" picture. What are the essential parts/formats in your desired chart?

Can you be more specific? What about the chart is not correct? Is there anything about the chart that is correct?

FWIW, this is what I get after the two steps I mentioned. It looks almost exactly like your desired chart, except for column color and axis labels.
