Data points does not ignore blank cells

I have a chart that pulls data from a row with formulas (Table B) which references other cells (Table A). In my actual workbook the formulas are vlookup to a larger array, but for the sake of this thread I made it this way.

Data represents performance % in multiple areas. Some values are blank if area was not measured (Red cells: "Family HireRe-approval", "Serv/Prov change captured", Efforts & Barriers noted", "Belton Agreement met")

I want chart to ignore those values. "Hidden and Empty Cell Settings" is set to "Connect data points with line" so not sure why its not working......

The data for your graph are on a file that we do not have access to. You need to use a formula to return the #N/A error instead of a blank.

See the file for a simple example, showing how to introduce the #N/A error. Note: it has to be the Excel generated #N/A error. You can't use text ""#N/A". It's not the same.
