This seems really basic, yet it seems that the "More sort options" menu (in Excel 2016) only allows for one column to be selected.
I would like a pivot table to be sorted by a hierarchy of criteria (e.g. account category, then sales person, then total sales).
Any advice please?

Consider taking the time to add to the reputation of everybody that has taken the time to respond to your query.
You just need to sort each field individually.
