Exclude multiple items from 3 milions item

    Hello

My question is related to an OLAP pivot. In my company Olap can not connect with Power Query, so I need to do this in Excel.
So is this simple pivot table. I need to exclude a list of items from the Products code. There are 3 milions items so I can not have it on rows, only on filtering area. When I select the filter it is showing me a limited number of items, anyway it will be imposible to select 15 items from 3 milions items.
Can you tell me please if is there any posibility to exclude these items without using programming codes like VBA or Python?
Also is there any posibility to include a list of items without using programming codes like VBA or Python?
    Thank you
    Stelian

Hi Sstel and welcome to the forum,

I believe you can do your problem using the Advanced Filter tool. See the attached and how to remove some rows of values from your Data.

Re: Exclude multiple items from 3 milions item

My feeling is that this could be accomplished using a helper column to the source data that would identify those rows that need to be excluded.
The resulting field from the helper column would then be used to filter the pivot table.
For more specific help we need to see a sample of the source data and pivot table (information on attaching an Excel file to your next post is in the banner at the top of the page).
