ONE slicer disappear when data is removed (not all slicers) AND some faulty VBA code

Hi,
Ive created a workbook for entering data through a userform, printing the data in a Table, that is linked to a number of Pivot-tables and pivot-diagrams.
The purpose of the workbook is to be able to enter data easily and that tha data will autotmatically be presented in the diagrams. Also, Ive created two slicers that enable me to choose what time period that should be presented in the diagrams.

I did write the VBA code so that the first time I enter data in the model, if a Table doesn't already exist, it should be created. I tested this and it worked. Now - some additional work later, if I delete the table to "restart" it doesn't work anymore, I get an error message No 1004 saying that all worksheet data for a teble need to be on the same sheet as the table. Can I solve this fairly easily?

Second problem, if I do a workaround, meaningly I don't delete the whole table but only the data in it, and then refresh ONE of my slicers disappear. I can understand if both of them would disappear since the data source (table) no longer has any data in it. But why does only one of the slicers disappear? The other one remains but is empty and when I add data to my table again, the choices in the slicers come back. Why doesn't both the slicers behave like this?
