Source data now exceeds 65000 rows

This is probably and easy one, and I did try to search for an answer, but was unable to find anything. I have a pivot table where I update the data table on a monthly basis by pasting it in and refreshing. My source now contains more than 65,000 rows. I've created two data tables now but can't figure out how to link them to the existing pivot without creating a new one, which I want to avoid.

Is the problem you cannot use more than 65k rows because your file has a .xls extension?

If so, simple solution, save it as .xlsx or .xlsb then just keep adding data. You can up over a million rows then...
