Pivot Table not grabbing all data?

This is a weird situation, but when doing an invoice reconciliation between two programs and using Pivots to grab the data for summarizing, for whatever reason two invoices are only partially being grabbed. I was able to use SUMIF to correctly summarize the invoice values using the same dataset, so I'm not sure why the Pivot is failing. On the screenshot below, you can see the formula in cell D for the SUMIFs, and I've also shown the data source for the Pivot which should be grabbing the same set of information. Column E shows the only two items which were a variance. Any ideas?

Are you sure the pivot table is refreshed?

Without the workbook, this will be a lot of guessing...

-Are you sure those numbers in col A do not appear twice in the pivot table? A pivot table will distinguish between a number stored as text and stored as a number, whereas a SUMIF formula will treat both the same.
    -Any filters on the pivot?
-Are they definitely looking at the same value columns?
