Possible to make 1 bar stacked while others are single data

I have a data set containing employee level distribution data. I need to find a way to combine the junior analyst and experianced analyst bar in the chart to be a stacked bar for 2021 and 2022( junior on bottom and experianced on top) . this would be the only stacked bar in the chart. the others would be single bar. see attached data and example of what im looking to do
