How to group columns in Pivot table to have a group for Slicer

Hello,

1) Is it possible to create a Slicer which would have Readout 1 and Readout 2 filter buttons? Without using Unpivot?



2) How do I display individual values on the chart if going by date? For example, for 01 January 2021 I have 3 entries. Is it possible to see 3 points for the day on the graph? Say if I filter for that day to see trending.
