Pivot Table Totals

Hi

I have been trying to add 'hour spent' on a spreadsheet that comes from a Pivot table.

Basically, search for the 'Client Job Number' and then the 'Building Number', if the 'Building Number' comes up a single time or multiple times, add the 'Hours spent'.

I then take the information from this report and put it into another spreadsheet.

First use Text to Columns (under Data tab) to convert the texts in Hours Spent column to numbers.
Then in PivotTable, move Hours Spent from Rows to Values and change Summarize Values by to Sum, finally Refresh the PivotTable.
