Dynamic Charts

Hello, can someone please help me with this Problem.
I have been stuck in this for the last 2 Days.
I have 2 Tables A and B in seprat sheets.
Sheet1 : The Table A contains 1 Column (Column A1)
Sheet2: The Table B contains 2 Columns (Column B1 and Column B2)
I created in Sheet 2 a Chart using the 2 Columns in Table B.
Only Table A should be editable. The values in Table B are automated.
I want that every time I insert a new row in Table A ?Column A1?, the same row is to be also insert in Table B ?Column B1?. And let say that The Column B2 in Table B has a formula that returns a number, I have the formula. The range of the Chart must also be dynamic, so that every time a row is insert, apears also in the Chart with calculated Column B2.
Please help me with this Problem
