How to transform data in tables to get desired chart

    Hi,

I have gone down a path with a number of tables which I have learned now probably do not fit well with some of the charts I want to display.

Basically I have a set of areas/regions and then a number of repeating criteria per region/area. Now when I try to chart these I want to have a stacked bar per region/area which then has each of the criteria as a part of the stack. I can achieve this if I restructure the table; but most of the tables I have are pretty huge and this would take me ages. I tried using power query but I'm not that familiar with it and I am floundering around.

I have attached an example. On the left is the original table structure. And on the right is one I have manually transformed. Below it is the chart I would be looking to display. Each Area would be on the X axis and the stacked bar would have each of the criteria stacked with colours. Note: I havent manually put all the data in, just for illustration purposes...

Firstly, can I achieve the chart with the original structure? If not how could I could about quickly transforming the table into a different format? I have quite a lot of these to redo, some have a lot more criteria so avoiding having to do this manually would be ideal.

    Thanks!
