Pivot table is not working well

Hello, good morning

I'm trying to create a pivot table with data segmentation by month.

I have these columns in my main table


Date, Month, Day of the week, Time and Content

In content I have:

Image
Video
written post



I wanted to create a pivot table and insert segmentation data to show how many images, videos and posts were written in that month. For example:

Image - Video - Written post TOTAL
April 3 2 5 10



In May, I didn't make any posts, so zero should appear in Image, video and written post


I tried to do it in different ways, but it doesn't work

The problem is that when you click on December, the total Video is in B5, so 1 appears and it is correct, but in June there is no video, but there is a written post, the table adjusts and the total of the written post goes to B5 as well and it is wrong

Could someone give me a hand? Follow the file

But still have a problem. I wanted to show the values on the Dashboard. I'll give you an example.

If you click on June, you will see that the pivot table will update to

(B4) Image - 1
(B5) Write post - 1
Total - 2

But when you click on July it will look like this
(B4) Image - 1
(B5) Total - 1


The dashboard will show the wrong value, because I defined that B5 refers to the written post and not the total.

If you have not placed any video posts in that month, zero would have to appear.

if you want a static column with Content then Pivot is no longer Pivot

The only thing will change will be the month and the values, the Image, video and Wrtitten post will be static

I dont know if I can do it. I tried do insert a new column on my main table(year - 2022), but didnt work out

you want horizontal "table" with static headers and dynamic values

yes. I dont know how do it. Do you I have to select an option becuse the Pivot table change the headers, values

so try without Pivot

How did you lock the headers (Image, video and Written post)?

as I said: no pivot, this is a Power Query table created from source table
