    Row Label Filter Display

I have a Microsoft Excel Pivot Table which counts the number of times an employee enters through a door at a given minutes of time during the day. I use four Pivot Table Filters to select the information displayed.

These filters are automatically displayed after they have been selected by the Pivot Table.

I use a fourth Row Label Filter to further select the information displayed. This fourth filter is a range of Enter Time Minutes allowed.

I would like to AUTOMATICALLY display this filter similar to the display of the Table Filters.

I am currently manually typing in the Row Label Filter range and displaying it above the Pivot Chart.
I am attaching a PDF file which illustrates this.

Is there anyway of automatically displaying this filter information similar to what is done by the Pivot Table Filters?

I would like to use other Row Label filter ranges.

    Enter Time Minute Ranges

    360 to 599 6:00 AM to 10:00 AM
    600 to 839 10:00 AM to 1:59 PM
    840 to 1080 2:00 PM to 6:00 PM

I do not like looking at data where I don?t know the filters used in arriving at this data.

I have prepared a Microsoft Excel Workbook which illustrates what I am asking. I would like to repost with this Microsoft Excel Workbook however the rules state "Do not post a new help request in an existing thread". I could attach it to this post, but I am afraid the response with the Adobe Acrobat comment will deter viewers from re-examing this post.

CAN I CREATE ANOTHER POST WITH AN EXCEL WORKBOOK?
