    Chart works with 8 Columns, Fails with 9

    I am trying to create a chart with 9 columns of data.

    If I select 8 of the columns of data, the chart works perfectly well

    If I try and select the 9th column of data as well, the chart appears to fall over.

    Can anyone shed any light on this?

    Can we get a sample file? Pictures don't help much.

    Of course. Please find it attached

    Another thing I noticed too, if I select all of the rows it doesn't like it, and it looks as though only the furthest right selected column, and the final row are selected.

    1. Change the formulae to :

    =IF('Washer 1'!D3="Fail",'Washer 1'!C3,NA())

    this hides the block of zero values. If you don't like the "look" of the #N/A errors, they can be hidden by conditional formatting.

    2. I started over selecting Fails!$A$2:$J$601 as the range and it worked perfectly.

    And here it is, with the #N/A hidden

    =ISERROR(B2) and format the text colour as white. The errors are still there, but you can't see them any more.

    I would have been there forever trying to hide them. I started with trying to "hide" =#N/A and =NA()

    Thank you for the help (again).
