What needs to be added/changed to code to enable table expansion without error pop up?

This code works fine to adjust the F3 cell on Sheet2 to a new lower value. But why does the "Excel found a problem with one or more formula references?" error pop up when a new value is entered to the table in the Data1 column on Sheet1? I do not see any incorrect formula references. What am I missing here?
