Plotting two different data set into one line

I find that a high percentage of charting questions end up being more about how to arrange data in the spreadsheet. If the picture shows your current spreadsheet arrangement, then you will need to rearrange the data (assuming you are allowed to do such a thing).

From a picture, I cannot tell how your data ended up in the current arrangement, so I have no specific suggestions for rearranging the data. Whatever strategy works best with the way you interact with this file should work just fine. Once you have the chart's data table arranged like above, then simply select the table, insert your chart, then build and format the combination chart as you normally would.
