Changing Properties on Graph depending on Datacell value

This is might be tricky to explain, but im going to try...

I'm doing a revenue graph, Type: "Stacked Column"
Y-axis = Revenue
X-axis = Month

The column stacks are the revenue for different projects, total stack = total revenue for the month.

As each month goes by different projects are ending, I would like to represent this on the graph. i.e. When the project reaches 100%, that section of the stack for that month will have a different shade pattern ("fill effects")

Is there a way, that the graph can read a datacell and change the fill effects for a section of the graph depending on it's value?
