Basic XY Scatter Plot Question

I have an Excel spreadsheet with three columns: Series, X, Y. Obviously, the Series column has a finite number of values repeated many times. I've pasted some sample data data below in CSV format to illustrate this format.

How can I get a basic X/Y scatter plot with the series set up right?

I can get the plot that I want by manually specifying the cell name, X cell ranges, and Y cell ranges for each individual series but that is very time consuming and I can't make lots of plots that way.

Is there any way to have Excel auto-recognize a series column? I can reformat my data if Excel will automatically recognize series information in some other format.
