Graph on Inverted Scale

Can we draw an excel graph on an inverted scale ?

Do you mean in reverse order? Double click the axis, and check the
Values|Categories in Reverse Order box (and probably also the Axis
Crosses at Maximum box).

Do you mean plot vs. 1/x? Try this:
