Live incoming data

Hi,Could someone please tell me how to "Capture Live Incoming Data ",so
that I can make charts from this data.
Walkenbach's books dont get into it.Thanks a lot.I'm stuck.

You really need to provide more information:

Where is the data comming from
Where are you pitting it
how often is it updated

where do you want it displayed
