truncate the yaxis if one data point is MUCH higher than the rest

    truncate the yaxis if one data point is MUCH higher than the rest

    How do I truncate the y-axis of a bar graph if in the event that one data
    point is VERY high, and the others are very small? I would like to see the
    top of all the bars in my graph, but not the entire bar for the large data
    point.
