You can create a different series (each with one data point) for the
data on each worksheet. Color all the series the same. Of course, if
you create a line or XY scatter chart you won't be able to connect the
dots.
Alternatively, put all the data on one worksheet and plot that range as
a single series. To do this, you can use a formula
='March 2005'!$B$28
='March 2004'!$B$28
....
