TRY HELPING VISUALLY IMPAIRED TO USE YOUR APPLICATION PRODUCTS

I am a lecturer of the visually impaired and find your site unhelpfull when
it comes to finding out how to proform certain task using the keyboard only.
I can not contact anyone because you try to force us to pay for this service
when clearly your products are not catering fully for the visually impaired.
When people buy your products they need help in using it and charging them is
    not acceptable.

I need to be able to explode one segment of a pie chart using the keyboard
    only!!!!

HOW CAN VISUALLY IMPAIRED GET HELP FROM YOU?

I'm not sure of the issue as many people here are doing this for free.
Microsoft folks aren't answering these questions. It's professionals with
Excel expertise. I don't even know how to do what you want so can't assist
in doing it with the keyboard.
