    Change roster view

    Hi everyone,

    i am experiencing a problem and i need help to resolve it. My Manager like to use the calendar format to plan work for night shift. For evenly the work load, he will use the duty roster format to track personnel duty records.

    Hi Marvin,

    Thanks for your fast reply, but this not the result I am looking for. My manager will use the "Calendar" worksheet to plan the night shift and use the "Duty roster" worksheet to view the workload. i have also explore the function in the pivot table but they are not able to provide me with the solution that I need.

    Hi Fandi,

    Sorry for the late reply, I was amaze on what you have come out but it is not what I am looking for. What I need is my manager will key in "Night Shift" on the Calendar worksheet, he will use the "Duty Roster" worksheet to monitor who is on duty on the particular day.
