sorting by a value and graphing by those values

so I have a worksheet with values ranging from 0% Throttle Position to 100% Throttle Position
and I have a Delivered Torque Value in one column
I want to have the Delivered Torque for Values or 100% Throttle Position be Graphed...nothing else
and I want to sort them by RPM on the x Axis and torque value on the Y axis

and then I need to find the value of Average RPM at the Average MAX Value of Delivered Torque as well

these can be shown as 2 seperate things..I just combined them into 1 post for now

    Hi,

select all data and Data, Sort, Header row, column C Throttle, then column A RPM

Select column A for 2 to 104 (the '100' zone) then hold CTRL and select column D for 2 to 104.

Insert, Chart, Scatter - should give you something close.

I dont need it to sort..and it will never be sorted by the end user...
I already know how to sort it to get the desired results

what I need is for the graph input data to only use it if Throttle = 100
and discard all the rest of the data for graphing reasons

I will be using all of the data somewhere....so I cant just discard it totally...
which is why I need it to only graph the Throttle=100 data
    and the data dynamically changes...
so I have to use an entire column....
