Charts not representing values

We have come across a strange problem. We are doing some reports and noticed that the values aren't being properly represented by the charts.

I attached an example screenshot.

Notice, the value is 1520 but the bar for the chart is well under 1500.

Any suggestions?

Well, I am a total idiot. Gap settings were the problem.
