Exclamation Challenge: Charting weekly summaries, monthly summaries

    Where to start...

Basically, In this workbook nine tabs exist; one for each day of the week, a weekly summary, and a month summary.

My goal is to use this workbook for one month at a time:
    • Information is entered daily.
    • At the end of each week, the data should compile into a sum value list and charts
    • The daily tabs should then be reusable for week 2
    • At the end of week two, data is moved to new charts and sum list
    • At the end of the month, the data stored from weeks 1-4 should be summed up and compiled into charts
    • The charts would include loading time losses vs. shutdown losses, etc
    • Cannot use Access to do this.

So basically I know what I want to do, and know how to post data to a chart that updates automatically, but that only works for one week at a time. How do I make sure week1 stays where it should and doesn't change when week2 information is entered?

Thanks in advance for your time,

    ~K

One method would be to add a weekly worksheet for each week, then summarize those into the monthly worksheet.

If you attach a sample of your workbook it will be easier to find a solution. Remember to remove/replace sensitive data before uploading the file. Look here if you need help with attachments:
