Naming specific data points in line graph

Hello all,

I have created a line graph in excel and I am trying to name certian data points on the graph. I cannot seem to figure this out! If any of you can help I would be very grateful! Or maybe you can point me in the right direction. Please let me know if you need more information.

I found the answer, although I am sure there are many, at another site. In case anyone else has the same question here is a XY Chart Labeler download. It is really easy to use!
