    Hi,

Having looked at your question again, I'm not sure whether it's possible to put your data into a Speedometer chart, also I've never done one of these myself!

Wouldn't a Pie Chart be a better option?

    Hi,

Piechart wouldn't be the right option, since data what i repesents is utilization of man-power by each dept & i though speed-o-meter would be the best way
