    Specific conditions in charts

    Hi guys,

does anybody please know of a way that you can add specific conditions to a chart, so that if a value goes above a certain limit the colour of the graph will change or some sort of a warning will come up on it, like you can do for cells?

    Thanks

    Hi,

Yes there is a way to do that. Can you post an example file with data and some instructions what to monitor?
I will create an example for you based on that data

    Hi,

The solution that OldChippy posted varies the color of the elements in the chart (e.g. bars, lines, etc).

The solution described on this link: http://www.exceluser.com/solutions/traffic.htm
shows how to use the camera tool in excel to vary a graphs background color.

I hope you can create an example yourself based on the info in the link, otherwise just post a example file with data and I will create them for you.

    Hope it helps
    J.
