Making a Stacked Column

I get a list in the following format and I'm trying to create a stacked column without having to reformat the data. The list is like this.

Employee Task Hours
Test1 Task1 2.0
Test1 Task2 3.0
Test1 Task3 4.0
Test2 Task1 0.5
Test2 Task2 5.0
Test2 Task3 2.5


I want x to be the employee and y to be hours. I know how to do it if I convert the data to this format but I can't export it to excel this way and theres is many more employees and types of tasks in the real data.

Task1 Task2 Task3
Test1 2 3 4
Test2 2 2 4


Any help?
