chart formating & message on mouseover

Hi,

I am trying to prepare a dashboard that consists of more than 10 charts (Bar and Line) in a sheet.

Conditional Formatting: I am able to do a conditional formatting with the values of the sheet if its just a bar or line. When I have both in the same sheet I am not able to categorize it. Find the attachment sample for the barchart.

Since I am presenting # of charts in a same page I don’t want to put the scales, rather than I would like to code it with mouseover . Just a message box appears with the series name and value of the whole chart.
