Vertical Axis

I'm working with Excel (Office 2003), and i haven't figured out how to make the vertical axis go from high (below axis) to low (upper axis), as the standard with Excel is low (below axis) to high (upper axis). And rank number 1 (highest rank) will be automatically displayed below instead of above, same as rank number 100 (lower rank), which will be automatically displayed higher than rank 99 and lower ranks.
If you know how to reverse the vertical axis in Excel, let me know. I'm not an expert with Excel, so i could use some help here.

Double-click the axis, select the Scale tab, check Values in reverse order
